No. There is absolutely NO refund if you can’t make the event. You do have the ability to sell the ticket or gift it to a friend or family member.
AuthenTIX is simply the platform that allows our promoters to sell tickets for their events an extremely secure environment. It is up to the promoter how they handle refunds. You will need to download the “GET In” app from the Apple Store or Google Play
You need the AuthenTIX mobile app, which can be found in the Apple Store or Google Play by simply searching for “AuthenTIX”.
You have the ability to share your ticket by clicking “Invite A Friend” then adding your contact’s email address. On the next screen, you can share the link to the ticket via email.
