Meet & Greet tickets will appear the day of the event in your AuthenTIX app

On the day of the event, you will receive an SMS Text Message with all of the Meet & Greet details

You have the ability to share your ticket by clicking “Invite A Friend” then adding your contact’s email address. On the next screen, you can share the link to the ticket via email.

You need the AuthenTIX mobile app, which can be found in the Apple Store or Google Play by simply searching for “AuthenTIX”.

You will need to download the “GET In” app from the Apple Store or Google Play

AuthenTIX is simply the platform that allows our promoters to sell tickets for their events an extremely secure environment. It is up to the promoter how they handle refunds. Normally refunds only take place if the promoter cancels the event. With AuthenTIX you do have the ability to sell your ticket or gift it to a friend/family member.
