When will I see my Meet & Greet Ticket(s) in the AuthenTIX app?

Meet & Greet tickets will appear the day of the event in your AuthenTIX app

How will I receive Meet & Greet details?

On the day of the event, you will receive an SMS Text Message with all of the Meet & Greet details

How can I share/gift my ticket to a friend or family member?

You have the ability to share your ticket by clicking “Invite A Friend” then adding your contact’s email address. On the next screen, you can share the link to the ticket via email.

What mobile app do I need in order to view my event tickets?

You need the AuthenTIX mobile app, which can be found in the Apple Store or Google Play by simply searching for “AuthenTIX”.

I am an event organizer, how do I scan customers for my event?

You will need to download the “GET In” app from the Apple Store or Google Play

What is your refund policy?

AuthenTIX is simply the platform that allows our promoters to sell tickets for their events an extremely secure environment. It is up to the promoter how they handle refunds. Normally refunds only take place if the promoter cancels the event. With AuthenTIX you do have the ability to sell your ticket or gift it to a friend/family member.

I need customer service or have a question not answered here. What are my options?

You can contact our customer service team by completing our contact form. We normally respond within 1 hour for any event or ticket related questions.

If I can’t make the event does this automatically get me a refund?

No. There is absolutely NO refund if you can’t make the event. You do have the ability to sell the ticket or gift it to a friend or family member.

Can AuthenTIX be used for paid and non paid events/free?

Can AuthenTIX be used for city or municipality events?

AuthenTIX can be used for any type of event, paid or free. We are registered with most cities in the United States as a vendor, please contact us to discuss your upcoming events.
